Minneapolis Park & Rec. Graffiti Summer Camps

The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board collaborated with Modern Day Me to create murals in parks across the city. This residency gave youth an opportunity to create something lasting within their community.

Through hands-on mural camps at local rec centers, students worked together to design and produce public art that speaks to the rhythm of their neighborhoods. Each piece was made to live beyond the summer, reflecting the voices and values of the community.
