Minnesota United FC tapped Modern Day Me to bring fresh creative energy to their Spotlight Games series—five themed match days dedicated to celebrating identity, community, and culture.
The goal was to create a new kind of matchday experience that went beyond the field. One that highlighted local artists, sparked conversation, and brought fans closer to the spirit behind each theme.
THE RESULT
Modern Day Me curated five Twin Cities–based artists, each aligned with a game theme—Mental Health Awareness, Black Excellence, Pride, Hispanic Heritage, and Indigenous Heritage. Each artist designed exclusive merchandise and created live art installations at Allianz Field, giving fans opportunities to meet creators, experience art in real time, and take home meaningful pieces that reflected culture and identity.
